The customer rep told us to wait 30 minutes to give us a truck, as he is busy making Sushi for a customer to pick up. Clean vehicle, fuel in it, better instructions from vendor other than just taking my money.
SUSAN SNOTE: This was my rental location as my truck assigned at a different location could not be picked up. Truck was in the yard but "keys not returned' was the error on the UHaul end. Front line call centre support could not resolve the issue and had to escalate to second level. Then we were quickly offered a smaller truck at the Port Esso location. However, the new staff member had not been trained in doing UHaul rentals. Instead of not trying, she got on the rental computer and we worked it through. I very much appreciated her effort as the store was busy. Also, by changing locations I did not receive the requested furniture pads and utility dolly, as the location only orders as need, with a lead time. Once I had the truck, completed my moving and returned, I would rate a Excellent.

NICKALOUS YEquipment was ok, but it wasn’t clean at all upon pickup. Great experience with the staff. The lady that closed the account upon drop off was super nice, respectful and very helpful along the whole process.
