The equipment was clean - but the vehicle when driven, felt like it needed maintenance with the steering. When ordering online, I was offered a 2 wheel dolly but when I arrived - they didn't have 1 to provide ( I wasn't charged for it) I have rented here before so I would recommend this location based off of the past experience and this as a whole bit an 'average' experience the 2nd time around

More options. There was only 1 size understand why but was able to get 1 that worked for me at the time.
Evelyn CIncompetent staff, unreliable, no communication, nobody willing to take any responsibility to solve a problem. Truck was not there on scheduled pick up day, U-Haul location did not notify me. Had to talk to 6 different people to get redirected to U-Hauls “traffic department” to locate another truck ASAP.
