KELLY MI had to jump start the vehicle myself, Dave was very busy there by himself. The vehicle i was first assigned did not have the keys to it!!!
EDWARD TClean the trucks of ice before renting had to borrow an ice scraper to even leave the lot! Entire truck was covered in ice! All windows,lights,steps, everything! Took a 1/2 hour to clean off to safety see, and use our rented truck. Not something you should have to deal with when you’re paying to rent a truck, and are already moving. Bad experience!
