I think the store did an excellent job. I made a reservation in the morning and they had the items that I needed to move. Easy pickup and easy return
ELAINE AThe door key card is broken at the location where l rented the truck. Because of this, they’re open 7 am to 7 pm. Very inconvenient for me. The people helping me work and they can only come to help me after work. Are you able to fix this situation to make easier for people that need to come in late to unload? (This review is for the 500 Grandville location ) Port Huron no improvement need it. Excellent service

thomas cWas charged a cleaning fee of $25 dollars even though we wiped out the back of the rental. The cab was dirty upon arrival. Not sure what cleaning this location actually does but you will be charged a cleaning fee regardless.
