mary cThe customer service representative was very late and rude, he didn’t want to help me out with my order, did not even want to look at my order confirmation number on my phone, he simply said that I did not have any reservation, and he couldn’t help me, he just referred me to contact the customer service hot line. I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful, this representative never wanted to have any eye contact with me, and again, I felt discriminated against my race. This matter should be resolved immediately, we all people.

VENETIA DTruck was not swept out. Grass and grit covered the floor. A quick sweep out was all that was needed. I assume truck was not visually inspected after last use.
