I didn’t appreciate the U-Haul only being 3/4 full when I picked it up. I was going 300 miles so I had to fill up before I left and it was impossible for me to really gauge how much gas to put in at the end to get it exactly to the level I got it. Had it been full like it was supposed to be, I would have just filled it all the way up. I feel cheated, franking. Not a great start to the experience. And at the Beaumont location I had reserved a 20 footer that never showed up so I had to drive 25 miles to Port Neches to get one they had. Just a real mess.
