The guy at desk was a real piece of work made me rent the biggest truck when there was a small truck literally there then he lied and said that I have to bring truck back at very same location I’ve never had to go through this before when using you guy’s equipment which I have several times.. the small truck never moved that day it was literally parked in same spot, dry made me spend $$ I did not want to spend you guys need to correct his attitude

Scheduled mobile pick up for 8am and could not pick up the truck until the business opened at 9am. I had movers scheduled to meet me at 9am. This delay cost me an extra $200 because I could not pick up the truck as scheduled. Also, I requested an appliance dolly, and the location did not have one available, so I had to purchase one from Home Depot, costing me another $100. Once I was able to pick up the truck, I had to clean the windshield because it looks like the interior had not been cleaned in months.
