I didn't like having to drive 30 mins to get my truck. Then they didn't schedule both trucks to be returned to two different places. Inconvenient! Then they way overcharged me. Quoted $500. I paid $1000. It has been over 5 days & still don't have my money back. Unacceptable! The lady at Central Maxi Storage in Port Neches was the best & really tried to help me but it had to go to the "district manager" who I have never heard from. Terrible.
