This was an amazing Uhaul renting spot. The lady was fast, but very through! Definitely will be coming back!

No complaints on the service physically there . The complaint is the mobile app . I spent a long time taking and retaking pictures over and over again and it wouldn’t move to the next step I had to call and talk to a person who said I had already completed the process but the app wouldn’t let me complete the steps . Fix the app

Robert RThe heater didn’t work . I was stranded on the side of the road for hours due to not being able to drive , couldn’t defrost the windshield. Heat shield or something underneath the truck rattled so load the whole time you couldn’t hear each other talk in the cab. Some thumping noise in the dash. Truck needed an alignment, had to hold the steer wheel at a 45 degree offset to drive straight. The inside of the box was covered in some sort of powder .
