Because it wasn’t a Uhaul site, we had to call for someone to come to the office. The staff were very nice and one man was training. But overall, we got the truck and we were in our way with no trouble.
DAVID HI was not the one dropping off, my driver dropped off at midnight. I did get a voice mail message saying that this location could not take the 26' truck because they were not allowed to, Very disappointed in the experience.
