No one at checkout counter knew how to handle the transaction. They called for help. The truck I requested over a week ago was not available at this location and no discounts were applied to my order as i had to use a smaller truck than I requested to accomplish my work. I needed to call for extra help from friends due to this and I am very upset about this whole transaction.
