Service was great! Location was clean rep was friendly and happy to help. No issues whatsoever with service vehicle or location. Big issue with the online return and over billing that happens every time I use the service. Return the vehicle get billed double what I should and wait for weeks to get my money back. I rent approximately 20 to 30 days a year from U-Haul but the constant issues with billing really have me rethinking my choices and I am leaning towards moving away from and will not be recommending this service going forward. It’s unfortunate that it has come to this because it has been convenient and I have built a great relationship with a few of the outlets around my area.
