There was no record on the app for pickup - called and was on hold 20 minutes; then, the key instructions were incorrect - tried to get the key for 20 minutes, on hold another 20 minutes, directions on phone totally different than what eventually worked when given instructions by person on the phone. No idea why this happened, but a really terrible experience overall with pickup
