Truck cupholder full of crumbs, and floor was dirty. The cargo compartment was full of leaves, screws and dirt. Truck shook while driving so much couldn’t see out of mirrors.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNot sure,, when all is excellent, its hard to improve. Dealing with patient, pleasant, cheerful receptionist, making sure the needed info is there. Not irritated with stupid questions. A real positive experience!! Thank you!!
