Brakes went to floor; not told no ramp; a number of fraudulent charges. Had to request a new Am Ex card. Such a poor representation of U-HAUL. Never again. You should be ashamed of this woman.

Neil WWhen we arrived at our scheduled time we still had to wait 30 mins as the workers inside which were very rude were counting a lot of money. The spanish ladies that were working in the store were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was charged extra for something i did not ask for. And when you call to ask about the charges they act like they dont understand english. I will never use this location again. This particular store is not a good representation for Uhaul in which i have been using for many many years.
