I returned van clean no dents. They call me say there is dent in van. I go check dent as there was no damage to van when I dropped it off. Paint from dent matches paint on dumpster. Height of dent is same height as dumpster. I am sure their employee moved van and hit dumpster and said it was returned that way. Fighting extra charge. Would not recommend using this location.

MARCEL JI was overcharged $100 because they claimed I drove the Uhual 100 miles. I only drove from their location on lovers lane, to G ave, then back to portage. I will never use the services at the Lovers Lane location again. My advice to anyone is to take a picture of the Odometer AS SOON as you get in the truck.
