I waited 20 minutes for the system to process my information after I had already made a reservation. I am patient and it only a minor complaint. I will continue to use your services in the future. However, that particular issue has come up the last 3 times I have utilized your services.

The guy who checked me out did not inform me their printer was inoperable. The guy checking me out was very difficult to work. The guy checking me out took a picture of my drivers license with his personal phone. I think that was an invasion of privacy!
steve pThe staff was very friendly. However the truck was on empty when o picked it up so I had to go get fuel. Also the truck had a hard time starting. I could not start it with my foot on the break, I was suppressed it let me do that. They also did not have the truck I ordered, so I was upgraded to the bigger truck. But is not an upgrade because I have to pay more for gas. Traveling 80 my fuel cost went up.
