Gwendoline JA day later after returning U-Haul 30minutes earlier from previous day when we stated it will be returned received notification on bank account of another charge from this place. Don’t go here unless you want to be swindled and be charged multiple times for one transaction. Also morning that we returned U-Haul received a call from someone that works there. “ requesting us to return U-haul because he had another customer wanting for the same size truck we had and I was like no we have agreement to have it until 3pm like wtf does this guy not realize we have been moving for the last two days from early morning till night “ that gave me a big RED FLAG and Horrible experience never again will I rent from U-haul will go with a different company if I ever need to use a truck.
