The guy who checked me out did not inform me their printer was inoperable. The guy checking me out was very difficult to work. The guy checking me out took a picture of my drivers license with his personal phone. I think that was an invasion of privacy!

The staff was very friendly. However the truck was on empty when o picked it up so I had to go get fuel. Also the truck had a hard time starting. I could not start it with my foot on the break, I was suppressed it let me do that. They also did not have the truck I ordered, so I was upgraded to the bigger truck. But is not an upgrade because I have to pay more for gas. Traveling 80 my fuel cost went up.

MARIA MI did not catch the name of the gentleman I spoke to at the Porterville drop-off location but he was very helpful and friendly. Did not care for the location of this drop-off location as it is a bit of a tight squeeze coming off Olive Avenue and a congested parking area but the fellow here was fantastic and helped me get the trailer parked and stowed.
