A day later after returning U-Haul 30minutes earlier from previous day when we stated it will be returned received notification on bank account of another charge from this place. Don’t go here unless you want to be swindled and be charged multiple times for one transaction. Also morning that we returned U-Haul received a call from someone that works there. “ requesting us to return U-haul because he had another customer wanting for the same size truck we had and I was like no we have agreement to have it until 3pm like wtf does this guy not realize we have been moving for the last two days from early morning till night “ that gave me a big RED FLAG and Horrible experience never again will I rent from U-haul will go with a different company if I ever need to use a truck.

Grate location and best service
Gwendoline JI waited 20 minutes for the system to process my information after I had already made a reservation. I am patient and it only a minor complaint. I will continue to use your services in the future. However, that particular issue has come up the last 3 times I have utilized your services.
Steven BThe guy who checked me out did not inform me their printer was inoperable. The guy checking me out was very difficult to work. The guy checking me out took a picture of my drivers license with his personal phone. I think that was an invasion of privacy!
steve pThe staff was very friendly. However the truck was on empty when o picked it up so I had to go get fuel. Also the truck had a hard time starting. I could not start it with my foot on the break, I was suppressed it let me do that. They also did not have the truck I ordered, so I was upgraded to the bigger truck. But is not an upgrade because I have to pay more for gas. Traveling 80 my fuel cost went up.
