The price breakdown is extremely difficult to navigate. To rent a van for 3 hours for 70$ seems crazy.

This location made accommodations to my reservation as my plans had changed and also due to weather. This location is a 10 on a scale of 5 maximum!!! Very good job. Thank you very much!! I greatly appreciate your professional service!! ??

I Reserved The 10’ van and I got the studio size cargo van Was bad day for me back and forth to move my staff ??????

I’m 5’ tall now and the last thing after a day of loading, I could not get into the drivers seat safely. I had to take a chance of losing my grip on the side of the steering wheel and falling backwards. A utility step that would cut the distance between the ground ant the cab step is needed.

I was stuck in a position where I thought I might hit a car. I was not even pulled all the way out of the driveway of Uhaul. I asked for help and was told they couldn't do anything. I called roadside assistance to ask how to move it in the correct direction and help guiding me since the uhaul people refused. I had insurance on the uhaul and they told me that if I hit it that it would be covered. I didn't want to hit a car and I just needed help directing me because it was dark, I could see, and I was very close to a car. Only one younger Black man tried to calm me down and tried working it out, but was told that he couldn't help by his co workers. In the end I called manager, district manager and the decision was over turned, and the employee moved it without an issue. But it took over an hr to get the employees to help me. They shouldn't park the uhaul pick up in that direction since the road is so narrow when exiting. I had an awful experience and a scary experience.

My only trouble was finding the key drop box. It probably would have been easier if the Uhaul website didn't show me a picture of an orange box on a yellow post. After I saw that, I was wandering around in the dark looking for a similar setup so I kept missing the black slot on the wall.

I didn't appreciate the vague safety fee...I had already purchased the insurance...this just seemed like a sneaky way to get an extra 5$ out of me.

The online check in didn’t work for me. When I tried to do a live chat on the app to ask for assistance, the U-Haul rep disconnected in the middle of the conversation. I won’t be using this option for future rentals. The staff inside the store were great and super helpful! The woman behind me in line had experienced the same issues I had. The gentleman that helped me behind the counter was wonderful!

I was told it would be .99 cents per mile turned out it was 1.39 and all they said was sorry he is new. My truck should have been full of gas and instead it was at a 1/4 tank. Not knowing how much I would use or how many gallons I lost $75.00 filling it up. Last time I reserved a cargo van here, a year ago, they gave me a huge truck and said sorry a girl called and is keeping the van another day. I believe a reservation is a reservation. I will Yelp this and will never recommend UHaul to anyone!

It's hard to improve. I've been renting Uhaul 's four 45 years and this is the best place I've been. Love these guys.

I have little current experience with any other U-Haul location, but every time I've used this site, about 3 times over the last two years, it has been an easy process. Thanks!
