The file was at 5/8 of a tank (I have picture proving this) got charged $14 on top of the $20 I put in before I returned it. I pointed this out to the employee when I returned it. On top of not getting what I ordered (through the app)1 week in advance. This was the worst experience I have had and I want the excess for the fuel returned. Turned truck in 6pm Sunday. Parked it, turned keys into drop box. Tuesday 3pm i get a call asking why i still had uhaul. Scared the crap out of me. Obviously they dont check them back in or if they do they do not communicate. Had me scared to death that i was going to be responsible for stolen uhaul.Brandi W.

The truck I picked up had almost no fuel because it had been siphoned overnight. When I went to fill it up, the gas station attendant informed me that the hose had a hole in it, so the fuel was not getting to the tank. I had to return to U-Haul to get a new truck. I was told a $7 credit would be applied for the fuel I purchased that poured out on the ground. That credit was never applied. The second truck I picked up had also been siphoned and was out of fuel. I put a few gallons in the tank. I was also not credit for returning the second truck with more fuel than it had when I received it, although I was told I would be.Courtney S.

There were multiple â€œsmearsâ€?.. of very sticky things. The center of an orange,(the pith core) was in the drivers side handle. The customer service rep was very short and rude, renting/returning. I only use uhaul, because I used to work within the company and know the ins and outs. There's no way that this van was sanitized before I rented it, I can't believe how low the rules and regulations out of Phoenix has faded and spot checks lacking. I get that it's a global pandemic, but in this industry, it should be tiptop. Not cool, not cool. Also, you're welcome for the extra gallon of gas and cleaning it better than when I received it. No one at service counter and I spent over five minutes trying to find someone to help me pick up my rental despite there were no other customers. At my return, same problem. Also, I then asked if they needed to give me a receipt or sign anything acknowledging the return. I was told â€œnoâ€. Five hours later, they called me to ask where was the trailer was that â€œoverdueâ€. Really sloppy customer service!!Joseph G.

David was awesome! Christopher, was a little rude. He did get me a smaller van after I saw the one I reserved was too large, but he was annoyed, and negative about it. Also, when I asked if I could add a dolly, he told me no. No reason why, just a rude, "no". I expected more from a moving company that claims to meet all your moving needs. Unfortunately, I left there feeling like I had done something wrong. I don't think I'd recommend this location.KATHERINE G.

The gas reading was incorrect and I was charged for 4 gallons of gas for 15 miles of use, even after putting 3 gallons in before return. So that aspect needs improvement. The man working the desk was great, well informed and helpful.Bryan W.

Unfortunately, they couldn't find keys to the truck I had rented so they gave me a truck with a completely empty gas tank and the Check Engine light on. I put in $30 worth of gas and still was charged another $20 for gas.Leigh C.
