The “new” drop off process is absurd and infuriating. Generally speaking folks who rent your trucks are busting their asses all day to load, unload heavy items and they are dog tired after the day ends. Having to take a slew of photos for you clowns is not an enjoyable process. Fuck off. I will no longer be using your services
