Location was fine, it is uhaul that is crooked. Billing me for fuel that I clearly replaced. I won't recommend Uhaul and avoid using.

Very nice people
Randall BService was friendly and efficient. I really appreciated the check out process-- the clerk was kind and knowledgeable. However, by my calculations I only drove 9 miles, but I was charged for 12. The clerk told me I didn't need to stick around for the return check in. I also failed to do an inspection prior to driving away, and discovered the van was filthy when I arrived to load my things into the van. I had to clean it before I put my stuff inside. I will not rent from them in the future, and will go to a different location.
Elyssa dGreat city location and staff is excellent. Have rented here mult times, always a smooth & simple process. Helps if you check-in and upload drivers lic info online or via app. Otherwise station attendant has to do it. Convenient that location is a gas station for refill at drop-off. Will definitely use this location again when needed!
Alex SMy rating unfortunately should not be on the site but on the inspector and company itself. Truck only had one working headlight. After returning it. My account was double charged. If you can’t afford to be charged twice and be with out for an additional week. Be prepared for your account to go in the red.
