Uhaul as a whole failed us. This has been the worst experience ever. We were on a strict time frame and ended up locking our keys in the truck. They sent roadside assistance over 2 hours later and we did not make it to our destination in time. We are now stuck with junk furniture in the driveway and nothing to move it with because we would have been charged extra for keeping the vehicle overnight. The uhaul rep - Tyler- told us they would extend the contract at no charge, and when I called to confirm, there was no notations made and I kept getting transferred to someone else. Done with Uhaul.

The location was within a gas station which was extremely busy in a very small space. I have always viewed U-Haul as a corporation and not a shady place of business. When we returned the vehicle we were told there should be more gas in the vehicle. We took a picture of the gas gage before leaving the facility to show how much gas we started off with. It was clear that we put enough gas in to where we originally started off with. There was a big argument over this and we were told we had to pay 30.00 extra dollars because it was not where it original started as. I will never use that location again.

I was in and out quickly, both when I picked up the truck and when I returned it. All the employees seemed knowledgeable and were very helpful. I'll definitely go back to them next time I need a moving truck. Thanks!

The nice employee at the Shell did a great job trying to work the frustrating computer system that wouldn't run people's cards and also trying to get us into our truck however the business seemed understaffed and lots of random people wandering around behind the counter and you weren't really sure who was working there and who wasn't

The guy logging me on with his personal cell phone was not appreciated.

There was a horrid smell in the van. Like the piles of manure in a cattle farm.

Cashier was very unprofessional, saw frustration on handling his job. He never smiled nor looked at us, he was talking as he was looking out. Uhaul should never Tri Shell part of them.Talking about this Cashier when we picked up.

Everything was so easy and went smoothly. The employees were friendly and accommodating on the phone when I had to make changes to my reservation, and the truck was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Check in and check out was quick and professional. Thank you for the great service!

Only comment was the truck was not swept when I took it. I needed to clean before loading.

Customer service knowledge of how UHaul is operated with fees. Not explained when i called to reserve unexpected fees/taxes when van was returned. Not knowledgable and we had to wait quite awhile because he was only one in gas station store

check-in was quick when you do it ahead of time on-line.

I will never go to a location that is also a gas station again. Worse services.

truck was not prepped for a new customer. Seals on the blankets and hand truck were broken. I am thankful the agent checking me in took my word for it and did not try to charge me for the use of them. The truck seemed old and smelled, the brake pedal was high, so transitions between gas and brake were jarring.

The original drop off place on Division was not open. I did not feel comfortable leaving it there. The place on Stark was great.

The Inside of the truck had soda poured all inside.. the snap accidentally broke on the dolly I had to pay for that. The location was horrible and the service sucked. Thank you.

Renting the truck online was a snap! The truck worked great and the guy who helped check us out and back in was so nice. Definitely will use this location again, if needed.

Have a clean vehicle. The vehicle was so dirty outside you could write "wash me" in the dirt. the vehicle had trash, a cigarette butt and an old comb in it plus it was very dusty dirty. Take the time to go over vehicle. I was handed a key and was parked between two cars pumping gas. I came back after going about a block to find out where the parking break was so I could disengage it. On returning the vehicle I called at about 9:00 am and asked if it had been processed for final bill. The attendant asked me where the key was. I informed him in the UHaul drop box. Seriously, not the first place you would look??? On a whole enjoyed the vehicle itself. Nice ride!
