Confusing drop off. No directions on where to pick up or drop off. I drove around until I found other U-Hauls in a back lot, which was no connceted to their facility. I drop off my U-Haul rental a day early. When I dropped the keys off in the location they just had me throw them on the customer service desk. Then they didn't check in my drop off until a day later hours past the due check in time. If I hadn't contacted U-Haul immediately after my drop off I would have been charged extra fees for their neglagents. They also signed my drop off paperwork for me without my permission, Im pretty sure that is forgery. I didn't find this out until after I received my receipt through U-Haul.

They scam charged me for cleaning when i returned the truck clean. If auto charging for cleaning is the policy why would any one take the trash out of the truck. The truck sounded like it was going to die any minute. It was running rich and reaked of gasoline. Which made my family sick. Then when I called about it they pushed it off on corporate and then corporate left me on hold for 15 minutes hoping I would hang up. Then told me they would have to create a ticket and drag this out even longer... I'm going to have to send U-Haul an invoice for my time dealing with their screw up...

Wryann VIt started out decent. The guys who helped us were cool. I have rented trucks from U-Hauls a lot in the past. I didn’t like that the dolly wasn’t already on the truck and the fact that their trucks are parked pretty far from the location. I have arthritis in both my knees so I had to put the dolly in my truck and drive it over. Everything went well while we had the truck so no issues there. When we came to return the truck the guy was helping another customer and he was a little short with him because the man didn’t speak English and didn’t understand him. I thought that was a little rude but I understand the barrier and not being able to communicate. I was told when I dropped the truck that I would get a receipt that night and I didn’t. So I called the next day in the afternoon I don’t recall the reps name I wanna say James but maybe not. Anyway he was extremely rude. Basically told me they are a hardware store that happens to rent out trucks and they will get to checking it in when they can get to it. When I of course did not like that response I was met with the typical response of me being the angry rude customer. But no I understand being short staffed and not being able to get to something but it’s the way you say it and apologize for it. He needs to work on his customer service. And no I will not be coming back to this location and I will not recommend anyone I know to come here either
