The allocated miles for the trip were only good enough point of pickup to drop off direct …without the fact I had to load and unload then transition to the drop off costing an additional dollar per mile is bullshit. The pick up location was a garden store not trained in U-Haul as a tertiary pain in the ass by the attendants… non friendly horrible experience…never again I have many many rentals and pissed off at this from start to finish…absolutely ripped off $360 rental turned into $600 bad enough paying high fuel but the low miles is absolute bullshit.

Jon FConfusing drop off. No directions on where to pick up or drop off. I drove around until I found other U-Hauls in a back lot, which was no connceted to their facility. I drop off my U-Haul rental a day early. When I dropped the keys off in the location they just had me throw them on the customer service desk. Then they didn't check in my drop off until a day later hours past the due check in time. If I hadn't contacted U-Haul immediately after my drop off I would have been charged extra fees for their neglagents. They also signed my drop off paperwork for me without my permission, Im pretty sure that is forgery. I didn't find this out until after I received my receipt through U-Haul.
Phelix KThey scam charged me for cleaning when i returned the truck clean. If auto charging for cleaning is the policy why would any one take the trash out of the truck. The truck sounded like it was going to die any minute. It was running rich and reaked of gasoline. Which made my family sick. Then when I called about it they pushed it off on corporate and then corporate left me on hold for 15 minutes hoping I would hang up. Then told me they would have to create a ticket and drag this out even longer... I'm going to have to send U-Haul an invoice for my time dealing with their screw up...
