RICHARD HI got charged an extra $200 fee for missing or broken items. We returned the truck in the same condition we got it in. I even purchased the extra damage protection too so I am unsure of why we got charged this fee. I emailed back but have not been contacted. Overall, love the location but I am VERY disappointed in the service and bill I received. I would like to be contacted for an explanation and resolution.
