Communication there is exactly none whatsoever. I was not told I would get charged extra for picking up in portland tn, and dropping off in franklin ky. Next the original bill was 169 and then when I dropped off it was 139 I thought I was just getting a deal for the 139, but it charged me tvice. That was not communicated with me at all. And then I look on my bill and I can't even read it because the letters are so small on my phone. It doesn't even explain it then.
