Always love using U-Haul. The service representative at Stor Guard was awesome! He was super friendly, explained the afterhours drop off process, and had me wrote up and on the road about 10 minutes after I arrived to pick up the truck! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a truck or trailer.

GLENN DUhaul is great when you have a person to sign you in. But if you use the automated on line system after hours is a joke. I would never use it. Took me a hour in the pouring rain with a service rep on the phone trying to get me through it. Taking pictures of all sides of truck would not download. What a joke who created that system
