The truck was subpar! I locked my prescription glasses in the truck when I turned it in and there was no way to contact anyone! I went there the next day as soon as they were to open and nobody was there. The phone number they left would not let me leave a message! I went back multiple times and nobody was there! Uhaul emailed them and cc'd me and they still never responded! So my $300 prescription glasses are just gone and they will not contact me back! This was a horrible experience!

Christina WFix the seat cushion (it was hanging off the seat) and fix the reason the check engine light was on . I wasn’t sure why I was given the worse truck on the lot
Terrance GOver charged me for gas that was filled before returned. Also charged me a cleaning fee for the truck and it was already cleaned before returned. Also charged me $15.00 for insurance I told didn’t need. I would not recommend this uhual location to anyone.
