No one was on site and I had to call and leave the key in a drop off box. Even though I filled the tank back to the original level, they said I was two gallons low and charged me for that as well as 1 mile over. Had someone been there I could have argued those charges.

David QThe office was supposed to to close at 5pm like it says on the building and online, however we arrived at 3pm and there was no one inside the doors was locked and it was in a very bad neighborhood. Highly do not suggest anyone go there. We had to call customer service about dropping the trailer.
