I was charged for additional mileage when I was under the amount of miles I stayed I would put on the vehicle. Not happy about that. I wouldn’t have rented the van. I won’t be renting a uhaul again for convenience, it will have to be necessity

kevin FEquipment was clean and organized. The guy's working were friendly and very helpful. This was a pleasant experience, and I recommend them for a fast and pleasant experience!!
GERARDO AWas not told the initial costs until after the rental was dropped off. Went from around 55.00$ initially ended up costing 165$ for a one way tow about 60 miles from pick up location. Kind of shady and crooked. Customer service here needs to be more transparent and make it rite. If you tell a quote to customers you need to fallow through to some extent. I would like a credit to my checking account honestly for part of the total.
