I had to hook the trailer up I had to do all the lights I had to fix the lights and the trailer was just filthy never cleaned and at 50 55 the trailer wobbled and I was not overweight

I reserved my trailer two days in advance. When I arrived at the location to pick up my trailer, I was told I couldn't because "the system was down". They did not offer to call another location or provide assistance in any other, just that I was out of luck for now after driving the 30 miles from Spokane to Post Falls. I called the 800 number, and a helpful lady directed me to a nearby store in Coeur d' Alene where she put in a reservation for one of the trailers there. However, when I got to that store, I was told all three of the trailers they had available had been previously reserved, and couldn't rent one. The employees at this store tried to be helpful and got in touch with the original store. I went back to the original store, and somehow they were able to process my order after a call from an area manager. The service was the worst I've ever experienced with U-Haul. The equipment was ok (but have you ever heard of WD-40), but the auto-trailer was hidden among other trailers, and I had to move those trailers to be able to hook up my rental. There was mention of a discount for the hassle, but I did not receive one. I suppose I could have asked, but I don't I should need to.
