We dropped off after hours and trying to figure out where to park the truck was very confusing. More signage would be helpful.

The AC wasn't working and we sure could have used it
SHAWN AThe website provided me with information of what to expect. The person I spoke to on site was very vague. When I asked if the uhaul came with wall straps he laughed and said no. He then told me he was charging for 20 miles and said nothing about the charges after this. I mentioned to him about the charges seen online for any additional miles past this. Then he stated that my order would remain open until the vehicle was returned. This did not provide me with enough information to feel secure about my purchase. Website A+ on-site representative C-
