I recommend going to an actual U-Haul Location, not this one. My order was processed incorrectly after indicating that I was dropping it 3.5 hours away and clearly stating that it was not an in-town reservation. They have attempting to upcharge me for something that is not my fault. Avoid this location at all costs.
