Passenger side front tire is losing air and needed to be refilled. Store employee was helpful and responsive with this, but this tire needs to be checked. Passenger side view mirror needs to be tightened because the mirror kept moving throughout the drive and needed to be readjusted every 15 minutes/every time there was a bump in the road. This was a convenient location, however, if I had to book another U-Haul, I’d like go to another location that was an actual u-haul facility.

DIARRA FThe inside of the cab was littered with misc. stuff from previous user and sticky cup holders. When I returned it, I had to insist that they close me out so I could be certain we agree on what I was expecting. They wanted me to leave and they would send me an e-mail. (no other customers in the store. Just another worker petting a cat.) Finally they gave in to me. Nothing was ever printed, I had to look at her cell phone for the balance. There was an extra $19.95 rental fee charge that I had not been told about when I originally asked for the cost. That doubled the rate from the advertised $19.95 to $19.95 + $19.95= $39.90. No information was conveyed to me at pickup about anything. They just took my license and credit card which they returned with a set of keys. When all was done, I got home and I found 3 e-mails with contract and receipt. I never had to sign or read over anything. BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART! I should've walked out at my first instinct. I will never return or recommend.
