The lady I spoke to on the phone when reserving the truck was really nice. However, the truck that I was assigned to was horrible. There was a hole in the roof and it rained the night before so there was water in the back of the truck, the tire pressure kept going low even after we put air in the tires, the steering wheel was loose so it was hard to keep the truck steady while on a 580 mile drive round trip to Charlotte, NC. There was also this banging noise from the back of the truck that was so loud, we couldn’t listen to the radio and he had to yell when we talked to each other. This was the worse UHaul rental I’ve ever had. That truck needs to be taken off the road. The lady I spoke to said previous management had a 1 rating. If all of their trucks are like the one we had, I understand why. She was really nice but the truck we had should’ve never been rented to anybody.
