No one on site at 11:30 on Tuesday morning. Return instructions say to call when you are there and call goes to VM, no one shows up or calls you back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will not ever use this location again even though it is close to home

No one is there middle of a Tuesday
MANDY GUnfortunately no one was there Monday when we went to drop off and no answer on phone but place was nice had to take pics and everything ourselves
BLAIRE MI couldn't do the pick up on my phone and the gentleman I reserved it from had a very nice gentleman do it for me and the return I believe his name was David, he was the most pleasant person a big thank you for all his help, thank you fir being so kind and understanding
