The person did not even show up to receive in the equipment. Had to report them several times to U-Haul management. We had to take pictures of the equipment and location as evidence that it had been returned also in order to receive our deposit back. We will never ever use Poyen Arkansas U-Haul location again. If you want to improve this location, please get new management. Thank you.

The truck was extremely dirty and smelled like a wet dog. There was dog hair everywhere and the truck was low on fuel.
Susan KThere were little to no instructions and there was not an attendant during times I would consider working hours (Friday 4:20 pm). It was very uncomfortable to just leave the trailer however with the help of UHaul over the phone I felt better about returning the trailer. My concerns with not having a person there to accept how could that prevent anyone on a busy highway from stealing the trailer itself. That was my biggest concern when returning.
TAMARA MTerrible choices of trucks and pick up was awful. Didn’t have my equipment and called the number and they didn’t answer just simply texted me saying they would call me back but never did
