I booked this with the uhaul 1800 number and this place was closed and did not have to let me get the tow dolly I ordered, but they were absolutely fantastic, let me get it and walked me through everything since this was my first time using one. I cannot say enough about how awesome both the phone representative from uhaul and the gentleman from the local pickup place were!! You both made the rest of the trip possible for my sister and I! Thank you so much!!

Rental person should be knowledgeable on diffence between trailer sizes and provide all proper paperwork needed for returning rental. Also, should advise customer on whether or not there will be a refund if the rental is returned early.
