Uhaul had no gas in it when we picked it up and had to immediately go and make an additional stop.

MARY HThis was not the location that I reserved on line. But they communicated to me a day before that I needed to pick it up from them instead of where I reserved on line? Confusing but did as instructed. I had to change my plans around to make it work.
