Told location dealer that the tires on the trailer looked bad. He said just call roadside assistance if you have a flat. He could not help us. If I had move time before my move I would have found a better trailer to rent.Melissa M.

The check-in and pick up process for vehicles needs to be streamlined. Also, the idea of additional contacts needing to be verified on the spot, is fairly ridiculous. If one of my alternates is in a funeral or a business meeting, why would that person pick up a call from an unknown number? There should be a notification to both myself and the person being called, and the alternate contact verification should occur a day or two before the intended pickup. That way, it wouldn't directly inconvenience and potentially ruin the U-haul pickup. Quite honestly, I am not inclined to use U-haul ever again because I'm not a fan of hassle or confusion. Please have someone in your UX (User Experience) team take some time to think about how to make the customer experience better. The mobile app also needs a makeover, but that's another discussion entirely.Polite S.

The location is perfect, the service impeccable, and the truck was in good condition snd clean. The area around itthough, was somewhat cluttered and if the insulation hadn't been there, I'd never know it was there! Lol. But over all it was great!RALPH W.
The 26@ truck I rented was the worse I ever driven. It seen to me the tire on the front left side had been replaced prior to me taking on this vehicle. My 364 miles in this truck was the worst and unsafe experience I ever encountered. I thought at any given moment that wheel was going to come off! It was so bad I had to adjust the side mirror more than a dozen times because of the bouncing and the alignment of the truck front end and tires!CURTIS W.

At drop they tried to scam me by charging a $25 cleaning although I had personally swept out the truck myself. After arguing my case, and them not being able to provide any documentation, video/photo, of cleaning needed I was able get them to issue a refund.Robert S.

My,last drop off I was charged an extra $10+ for some reason (gas??) I told her that I had NOT assumed the truck at 1/8 full--that it was near E , which is how I returned it. Besides, on my first of 4 UHaul rentals, I returned the truck with much more gas in it than I had received it in. You should have cut me some slack based on that fact alone.Alan M.

I rented a one way truck from my local U haul location 5 minutes from my house, but U husk changed my pick up location to a location 45 minutes (1:30 round trip) away from my house. While. Th lady checking me out was nice she was slow, so I spent an extra time waiting on her even though I have had completed all the checkin stuff online in advance of arriving to pick up the truck. Very disappointed that U haul change my pick up location to a location inconvenient to me and I spend unnecessary time pick up the truck when I could have used the time packing up the truck.Jason L.
Truck was in for repair and brakes were no good on the truck. As soon as we got into the trip, brakes started failing and smoke was billowing out behind the rear axles. Very very dangerous situation and had to pump the brakes and drive very slow because of it. Someone should've had this vehicle maintained well before we run at it.MATT M.

This Uhaul was so bumpy and it had zero pickup. It was also severely inconvenient that I reserved a 20ft and ended up with a 26ft. Logistically it was a nightmare.Leah T.

Excellent customer service. Quick check-in and they helped me hook the trailer up and checked to make sure all the lights worked properly. I had to keep the trailer an extra day and it was no problem. When I brought it back the process was very easy and I had no issues turning the trailer back in. I received my final statement right away in my email and it was exactly what I expected. I would definitely rent from this location again.Susan E.

when I dropped it off I was 2.5 hours late. The guy where I dropped it off said I wouldn't be charge because a I specifically asked him about that. I was also told that there was unlimited miles and they charged me for 13 miles and 25 dollars for cleaning. I agree with the cleaning, but feel I should be refunded the 40 for the extra day and for the mileage I was charged for. Basically the guy lied to me at the drop off point and I hate a f...... liar!!!!!!!Douglas R.

This location bent over backwards for me when UHaul dropped the ball on my normal reservation. I was not contacted 2 days before my reservation not was I contacted by 6pm the day before either. I had to find out on my own the day before that I did not have a truck reserved for me. Thankfully, I contacted Southbay the day before as well and was immediately taken care of. They went above and beyond, working outside normal working hours to make sure we were in the truck we originally reserved.David Y.
