There was no one there when I dropped the trailer off. Apparently, the place in Prattville isn’t open anymore on Saturdays…..🤷🏽♀️ I dropped the trailer off a day early and there was no one there. So I’m guessing no one would have been there the next day either.

Amber DWe booked at one location for after hours pick up, and arrived only to find something was wrong with our reservation. We had to call the 24/7 line and were informed that no truck had been assigned. We needed a truck that evening, as we had movers coordinated, and were forced to drive an additional hour out of that way that evening, to pick up at another location. When we arrived at the second location, the truck had garbage in it along with someone else's' drivers license. Our movers, babysitters and friends were waiting for us at a location for over an hour with nothing to do, and some ultimately left. Some who were slated to return to help on Monday declined to do so, because we couldn't get where we needed to be on time. We ended up taking multiple days off work to attempt to move ourselves, and were thus also forced to extend our reservation for 2 additional days. We have filed a complaint, and are seeking a credit back to us as an attempt to make this right. I have done multiple uhaul rentals, including multiple cross country moves and this was by far the worst experience - all caused from one persons failure to have the truck ready for us as guaranteed.
