ROBERT BThe prep for location was wonderful, but my whole experience would U-Haul was extremely disappointing. I had a reservation for one place. I went there and I could see the vehicle but they told me I could not get it because I did not have a reservation for it when I could show them I did I called the U-Haul people. They tried to help find another one after I had already driven 45 miles mins for this one while on the phone, we got disconnected more than twice during the transferring me to somebody else so I had to start the process back over more than two times finally to only tell me that I could go to the Prattville location and they had one there for me, which was more than an hour and 20 minutes away so my whole day was completely ruined. I have people waiting at my house for this U-Haul that I could not get so in other words yes I am extremely disappointed.
