Made a phone call and was told who was open and size of truck available. Had papers signed and was out with truck very fast. Check back in was fast too. Great customer service.

deanan d2nd time renting from this location. 1st time 100% satisfaction. This time at drop off, an attempt was made to collect a $16.xx fuel charge. The truck was driven 19 miles. The sales rep had told me initially that the truck gets 15-19 mpg depending on load. So I filled it with just above a gallon @ $4.80/gallon. The attempt to collect the fuel charge implies the truck consumed over 4 gallons of fuel for 19 miles. Outrageous. I appreciate the charge being waved.
