2nd time renting from this location. 1st time 100% satisfaction. This time at drop off, an attempt was made to collect a $16.xx fuel charge. The truck was driven 19 miles. The sales rep had told me initially that the truck gets 15-19 mpg depending on load. So I filled it with just above a gallon @ $4.80/gallon. The attempt to collect the fuel charge implies the truck consumed over 4 gallons of fuel for 19 miles. Outrageous. I appreciate the charge being waved.
