This location was good. We were not very happy with U Haul that we didn't get our truck on time. We had it booked a month prior to pick up at 3 p.m and didn't receive truck to 6:30 p.m. as customer didn't return it on time. We feel this wasn't our problem and we lost time and money due to the truck being late. We had 3 loaders waiting to load the truck, and we had to postpone till the next morning. We ended up paying the loaders a stand by fee of $50.00 each. We feel that since you charged the customer for the 3 hours he was late, you should reimburse us.

The male/employee who gave us my equipment has some more attitude
SNEH AI did the on-line check-in the day before I picked up my Uhaul. When I got to the location the information I had previously given was not there and I had to redo it. The Manager did help me by baking up the Uhaul. Unfortunately when I brought the Uhaul home, my dad decided it wasn't big enough for our needs and I had to return it. Luckily there was a larger size. However, the younger clerk did not clean the snow off or help me transfer the equipment I had rented (moving pads and dolly). I warmed up the truck, brushed snow off best I could and then asked if he had a brush and he came out and helped me finally. I suggest more customer service training is needed.
Jennifer LI’ve never rented a U-Haul till now so maybe it’s the way you do business, I don’t know. I ordered a 10 x 20 truck for my move, specifically asked about blankets and a dolly. The day before my move I got an email saying that my 10 x 15 truck was ready for pick up at a different location than I had booked at. I had been warned this may happen, that was fine, but, when I called to question the smaller truck, I was just told that was all that was available. When I inquired about the blankets and dolly, I was informed that there were none.
WADE WSpeak english. Keep vehicles in better condition. When returning a truck, inspect it, finalize the chatges and inform the customer of the charges you intend on levying so the customer can be informed of additional charges and do something about it at time of returning the equipment.
