MARK PUhaul really disappointed this time. Told them we wanted to drop off the trailer at the same location we left their rental truck we had rented just a few weeks earlier. Both were one way trips to SC. Was told that was fine, we could actually drop off the truck at any location we wanted within the Conway, SC area. Went to drop off the truck and was told they didn't take trailers. They gave us another location to take it too. Went there. Was told they already had so many Uhaul vehicles that we needed to leave it in the field, which we did. They said they checked it in. Account never should it was returned. Had to call Uhaul. They stayed we were supposed to drop it off at another location. After going over what we were originally told about returning the truck they switched the drop off location to where left it. We wasted a lot of time dealing with dropping off this trailer. We need to rent a truck again in a month or two and now we're debating whether to go with another rental company.
