The local people were kind and accommodating however, the ENDLESS emails, voice messages and texts were TOO MUCH!!! I didn't need FIVE reminders that a truck would be ready for me. After confirming that I was using the truck in town I got a message that it would now be dropped off in a town 150km away! I don't know why your booking system has to be so complicated. I also think a $20 charge to drop it off after hours is RIDICULOUS when the shop closes at 3pm.

MICHAEL LThe back of the truck was dirty when I picked it up and did not come with the dolly I was charged $14 plus tax for. Please reimburse the dolly I did not get as I had to buy a dolly to complete my move.
James LGenerally the equipment was in excellent condition but the sliding cargo door was difficult to close and I did not notice that until I had left the facility. Worked out ok.
