Location does not open till 9 or 10 on weekends and UHaul forgot to put furniture pads in the truck which were necessary for my move, but since the location was not open when I picked up the truck, UHaul expected me to go to a different location to pick some up which was not possible for me to do as I was not comfortable driving the big truck to random places especially around Providence with all the snow. There should be a better way for customers to receive missing equipment.

The truck rented had an issue with the back door in which the door would not operate correctly. The spring mechanism broke so the spools with the metal wires no longer worked. This created a dangerous situation with the door not being supported. Therefore the truck was unusable. If this location checked the truck this would have been noticed.
Kyle PThe location assistant was extremely helpful while trying to pick up my rental before the location opened. Although the truck did not have the dolly as rented, the gentleman offered for pickup at an alternative location. The cab was well cleaned and the box just needed light sweeping.
