The renting experience was great - from reservation to pick up and return. Only one issue: I needed the truck at 10– I was not expecting that I had to take time to do the work an agent would typically do by having to take pictures and upload them before driving off. And even when I tried, the signal was bad and I could not get more than one uploaded. So of course, I worried that I might hear about some issue post-rental that I wouldn’t be able to prove wasn’t related to me. I will rent again from this location—thank you!

ANA AThey didn't have the truck I had reserved, nobody called me to tell me so, and so I wound up with a different sized vehicle than the one I had asked for, and the process was extremely cumbersome start to finish.
MEGHAN KTruck had check engine light on when received. Brought it up before taking vehicle and they said they called U-Haul saying it was okay as is. Vehicle didn’t run properly and transmission was jerky and clunky. As well as getting the vehicle with only half a tank of gas.
