Very disappointing experience. I was charged extra fees, including a cleaning charge, even though I returned the truck clean. This was my first time renting from a location like this, and I was honestly surprised by how much additional money I ended up having to pay. I would not recommend renting from this location at all. My experience was extremely frustrating, and I feel that the charges were unfair. If you need to rent from U-Haul, I strongly recommend going to an official U-Haul location instead of renting through a third-party location.
