The truck rented had an issue with the back door in which the door would not operate correctly. The spring mechanism broke so the spools with the metal wires no longer worked. This created a dangerous situation with the door not being supported. Therefore the truck was unusable. If this location checked the truck this would have been noticed.

The location assistant was extremely helpful while trying to pick up my rental before the location opened. Although the truck did not have the dolly as rented, the gentleman offered for pickup at an alternative location. The cab was well cleaned and the box just needed light sweeping.
