AISA KWhen we arrived for our early morning pick up at 7:30am I had issues with the site. The instructions were not clear. It took me an hour to get a truck because didn't have clear directions to pick up the keys. Then to our surprise we had to list people as references to get the truck. The people then had to be verified by the phone rep first as contact people in the event the truck didn't get returned. We are from the west coast. Having to unexpected have people answer their phones at 4:30am back in California or 6:30am unexpectedly if they were awake from a number they didn't know was frustrating and took why too long to be dropped up there by an Uber. Finally after keeping the rep on the phone to help me get the key the lock box was empty! Our only option was to wait 2.5 hours until the office opened to take the only available truck which happened to be a 26 footer instead of the 15 footer. We had a train to catch in Boston after pick up and drop off so we were forced to take the huge cumbersome truck and navigate in on the narrow streets Providence and Somerville MA. Never again!!! The phone rep was really nice tho.
