Initially tied to get a 20 foot truck from bonduell location- called the night before and this location hd 2 on the lot Asked about reserving on and was told "not necessary will have one for you". Arrived at 8am next morning, no 20 ft truck available. Took smaller truck thinking maybe could work but didn't check size. Not big enough. Very disappointed in this location, would not recommend to anyone. Called little red shed, representative there was great, helped with turn in of smaller truck and got a 26 foot from that location. Representative was able to clean up my u-haul account from all of my searches in the area looking for a different truck. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility!

Mike HWas informed that this location was open on Sunday to return the trailer, but when I arrived at this location, they were closed no personnel on site had a sign on the door saying to call a number for assistance because they were working offsite call the number told me they were closed, had to disconnect the trailer myself and return it through the app in the pouring rain very dissatisfiedwith this location will never return to this location again there was locations closer that could’ve saved me an hour and a half round-trip because it was 40 minutes one way
Thomas HThere was no one way equipment to be found.So I had to drive thirty miles north to come back south. The reps said they would send me a video on how to access the lockbox, but nothing was ever sent. Had to call the eight hundred number.This delayed me by about fifteen twenty minutes
