Was informed that this location was open on Sunday to return the trailer, but when I arrived at this location, they were closed no personnel on site had a sign on the door saying to call a number for assistance because they were working offsite call the number told me they were closed, had to disconnect the trailer myself and return it through the app in the pouring rain very dissatisfiedwith this location will never return to this location again there was locations closer that could’ve saved me an hour and a half round-trip because it was 40 minutes one way

There was no one way equipment to be found.So I had to drive thirty miles north to come back south. The reps said they would send me a video on how to access the lockbox, but nothing was ever sent. Had to call the eight hundred number.This delayed me by about fifteen twenty minutes
MAUREEN PLocation was fine. Now for the second rental in a row, my pickup location was changed- this time almost 15 miles away. Also, reserved a 15' truck and was changed to a 20' even though i intentionally wanted the smaller one because of where I was going to have to unload. What is the point of being able to "reserve" a type of vehicle and location pickup ahead of time if it doesn't exist when it's time to pick it up?
Erik BDissapointed that after returning my 26' rental, I was charged an additional $120 for a missing dolly I never received - moving is expensive as it is, this was more stress than I needed. Mike at Uhaul was great and recognized the error and immediately issued the refund
