We went to this location. Followed instructions, opened the locked box, no keys. People who run that one said they didnt open until 10 and we could call 1800gouhaul. We did, they didnt know what to do. Finally they sent us to pick up in Whitestone. Meanwhile, truck was low on gas, dolly wasn't there, blankets weren't included but I had to pay. Also had to pay two workman for two hours of standing in my yard waiting for the truck. Where is the refund and help with that?
