I dont remember signing up for 24 hour pick up. When I arrived no one was there to assist me. I called the number and they informed me that they did not open till 10am. I said” but I have an appointment to pick up the truck at 9am. They told me that I was set up for a self pick up I had never dont this before and was alarmed. This is not what I had signed up for. It took me a few minutes to figure it all out. I hate doing that stuff on my phone. It was a pain as I had to do all of it myself but I still paid the full amount. No discounts. Anyway I finally drove away about 9:30 after I figured it all out and jumped through all the hoops. Would i do it again now that I understand, Yes but wish I had been warned and assisted my first time doing the self service.

First location where I reserved the trailer was closed when I arrived to pick up, so I was redirected here. Pick up at the new location when well, the people there were very helpful. Unfortunately, when I returned days later to return at my scheduled time this location was closed. We managed to detach the trailer ourselves, but with some difficulty. Used the app to verify my return. Even this did not work well, as at first I received a message that U HAUL was having problems possessing my request, please try again later. It did work the second time through. Overall not a great experience.

Brian PSince I dropped the trailer off before their working hours, there were no personnel there. Fortunately, there was a very nice customer there who was able to back up the trailer for me and detach it.
