They were very friendly, however the vehicle and windows were covered in bugs and when we got home, my husband looked under the hood and there was a rats nest tucked way down. Thankfully it didn't catch fire.

ERIC MThe trailer I picked up should have not been rented in the condition it was in. I did not realize that it had a tire that was flat spotted and had a blister in it, until I pulled it 100 miles to the location I was picking up equipment. I am lucky I didn't have a flat tire on the freeway. I had to call your roadside assistance to have it replaced, before I loaded the trailer. I will never take for granted that I trailer I rent from U-Haul has been maintained properly.
MARK HRates from web to shop didn't match, but staff worked hard to make it right.
