The gentlemen that we rented from was a JACKASS!!! He was rude and treated my husband and son very poorly. Dealt with him one time before that is why we called someone else but somehow we got directed towards him. He got an attitude with my husband because we have called every day to make sure a truck was available, we never received and updated email of some changes we had made, complained that he had to drive to all these different places for a truck and it was his OWN gas money he was spending. He honestly needs better customer service skills you shouldn't treat people that way that are coming in and paying you for your services. I don't like making negative comments but i dont like my family being treat poorly.
Darrell HOnly hiccup at time of pickup was a fault in the electrical connection for the right side of the trailer. Kenny quickly contacted a shop next door and the tech was able to make it work. However, the fix did not last. Within 3 hours the fault returned when we stopped for gas. We were unable to get it to work. Otherwise, equipment functioned very well.
