If there was one glitch in my overlook experience with U-Haul, it would be where we dropped off the truck. The person we dealt with at the location (Scotty’s) was very kind and helpful. However, they told us they would send us an email letting us know that the truck was checked in and everything was fine. I never received an email, so I had to call U-Haul myself the next day and let them know the truck was dropped off, and the key was handed in.
