People great and helpful. Uhaul a bit old and tire air sensor did not work, but noted in my rental agreement w no hassle. Forgot a personal item in uhaul and they made sure to return it to me. Great guys there.

Jill BAwful process, charged me safe drive fee after asked to take it off and was told it would be. Then couldn’t figure out how to do it. Wound up paying it after 20 minutes of trying to return vehicle. Not good!
